Guidance on right of withdrawal & Standard withdrawal form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to what is said below, whereby consumers are all natural persons who enter into purchase agreements for goods or services that are predominantly neither for professional use nor intended for commercial purposes:

A. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without reason.

The deadline for the right of withdrawal is fourteen days from the day that you or another party specified by you, who is not a freight forwarder, takes or have received the latest item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Mando Merz, Untere Widdum 17, 72364 Obernheim, Deutschland, Tel.: 01747517449, E-Mail: mando.merz@gmail.com), that you wish to cancel this agreement by expressly explain this (eg in a letter you send by post, fax or e-mail). Feel free to use the attached form as a template, which, however, is not a requirement.

In order to cancel the agreement, it is sufficient that you send the message that you want to cancel the agreement within the mentioned deadline for the right of withdrawal.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund all payments you have made to us including delivery costs (except for any additional costs relating to your choosing a delivery other than the best value standard delivery we normally offer). Reimbursement is made immediately or at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received your notification that you are canceling the contract. For all refunds, we apply the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any costs for a refund. However, we may refuse a refund until we have received the item back or until you have proven that you have sent the item back to us, whichever occurs first.

You must then send or return the goods to us immediately or at the latest within fourteen days from the day you have informed us that you are canceling the contract. The deadline has been taken into account if you send the item back within fourteen days. We assume the cost of returns of such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be sent back by normal post (e.g. forwarding goods). You bear the immediate costs of the return shipment.

You are solely responsible for the possible loss of value of the goods, if it relates to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and function of the goods.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO ENDS EARLIER:

The right of withdrawal expires earlier for deliveries of audio and video recordings or software for computers in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please ensure that the item is neither damaged nor soiled. If possible, send the item back in the original packaging including all accessories and all parts included in the packaging. Use, if necessary, a protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, make sure you use a suitable packaging that provides sufficient protection against transport damage. Please note that the general information mentioned above is not a condition for your right of withdrawal.
